Description

Intended for church use as prelude, offertory, and postlude. The three movements are characterized by textures and gestures of the Italian Baroque. I. Allegro, in concerto style with dialogue between concertino and ripieno; II. Andante, a lyric aria in the minor with violin figuartion; III. Allegro, highly rhythmic with a vibrant ritornello.
